There’s a new stylist in town and her name is  Jeannee Carr of Loc’d Up a innovative style of  locking up your hair for a dread look called Sisterlocks and or Nappylocks. One of the great things about Sisterlocks is that you don’t have to cut off your relaxer in order to start them. All you need is 1½ inches of new growth at the scalp to start the locks. Jeannee’s sister stylist also is a great artist and does beautiful color, cuts, and styles. So move over Edmonds, Lynnwood salons there is a new wave of stylish hair in Snohomish Co.
